Returning items with us should be easy.

Everyone who purchases items in the online store with delivery to an address in Norway has the opportunity to return unused items within 30 days.

We charge a return fee of 49 NOK. Send us the order number via email to, and you will receive a return code that you enter here:

You will then generate a QR code. You scan this at your local post office. You will then receive an address label to stick on the package, which can then be sent back to us. A simple and seamless process. Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount you have paid, excluding the return fee. If you have paid with Klarna, your invoice will be adjusted to 49 NOK.

We do not accept cash on delivery or registered mail as shipping methods.



If you wish to exchange one or more items you have purchased in the online store, you simply order the new items you want in the online store, just like with a regular purchase. You return the items you want to exchange, just like with a regular return (you will not be charged a return fee for exchanges).

NOTE! Remember to use our return code that you receive via email.

When the return package arrives at our warehouse and we see that all items are okay, we will refund the purchase amount to your account/card.



Fortunately, we have very few complaints, but occasionally we may also experience that the items do not have the quality we expect. If you experience this, you can send an email to with information about:

  • order number, date of purchase, and reason for complaint

We process complaints promptly, but in some periods, it may take up to 14 days before the complaint is processed, and you receive your refund.
